BINI SUE ~ One of our Menorca Villas
Set back from the road in a residential area and within a few minutes walking distance to Binibeca Vell facilities, this villa was completed in 1999 and is a good example of the new generation of modern Binibeca villas. The main beach is approximately 1500m or a 20 minute stroll away. The covered dining terrace overlooks the 8x4m pool with roman steps and the villa has a built-in-barbecue and sun loungers. All on the ground floor the accommodation comprises comfortable living/dining room with TV and DVD player, well equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins with a full bathroom and a shower room. Weekly maid service and towel change mid week.
