Villa Felicity is a modern three bedroomed villa located just on the outskirts of the resort of Praia da Luz and within walking distance of the beach and all resort facilities. Extensive gardens and terracing surround the 8 x 4 m kidney shaped private swimming pool with roman steps, providing ample space for outdoor living. Built in BBQ and private parking.
Entrance into the villa is on the first floor which accommodates the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and which shares a balcony with the second double bedroom. Twin bedroom with French doors leading onto the front garden. Shower room.
The living room is on the ground floor and offers a large Flatscreen TV with Freeview channels, DVD player and French doors lead onto the large pool terrace. Separate dining area. The modern kitchen is light and airy and is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The villa enjoys sea views from both the ground and first floor terraces and is ideal for families.
