Located in the Pinosol area of Javea, villa Marian is set in a private and enclosed mature garden, and has the benefit of several restaurants within walking distance.   The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a comfortably furnished beamed living/dining room with Cable TV (UK channels) and Video, leading out onto a spacious covered terrace which overlooks the pool and is ideal for al fresco dining.   Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave.   The three bedrooms, one double and two twin all have air-conditioning included.   One full bathroom and one shower room.   Steps lead down from the terrace to the 10 x 5m private swimming pool with roman steps, and there is a BBQ.  Ideal villa for a relaxing family holiday, yet only a short distance from facilities.  Change of linen/towels will be delivered to the villa for two week lets. Comfortable holiday villa close to Javea facilities.
