VILLA AFRICA ~ One of our Costa Brava villas
Situated on the private urbanization Santa Maria de Lloret which is just 4kms outside the fishermans village of Tossa de Mar the villa is of Spanish design and built on one level. The nearest beach, shop and restaurant are just 800m away with further facilities within 10 minutes drive to a choice or resorts. Entrance is into the living/dining room with regional satellite tv, including some UK channels and doors to covered terrace with wonderful sea views. Kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Three double bedrooms and two complete shower rooms. The 8x4m pool can be gated off and the terraces offer lovely views across the valley. Inventory deposit €500. Saturday arrival 3-6pm. There is a choice of two beaches nearby, one within walking distance and the urbanisation has a supermarket and bar/restaurant. Nearby the ancient town of Tossa offers a good choice of local restaurants and a variety of shops.
