If you are looking for a holiday in Mallorca tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by orange, lemon and twisted olive trees, this is the villa for you. Set in an elevated position overlooking the Colonya valley this converted manor house has been beautifully restored and is located 10kms from the sought after resort of Puerto Pollensa. The property is packed with character and original features and the accommodation comprises comfortable living/dining room with regional satellite TV and DVD player. Farmhouse style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, utility room with washing machine. Family bathroom on ground floor and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two twin rooms all with their own bath/shower room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside the property boasts a beautiful unique “beach” swimming pool which has been cut from the solid rock and slopes gently (like a beach) into the main pool, (varying depths from 0.25m-2m) this is ideal for children. Also set in the grounds are sun terraces and a built in barbecue area. This is the perfect retreat for those wishing to “get away from it all”. Friday changeover
