Villa Ami, originally stables, is now a beautifully converted villa featuring rustic wooden beams and ceilings and is well positioned in the sought after Los Mojones area of the resort, within walking distance to the old town facilities including bars, shops and restaurants, the long sandy resort beach is about 25 mins walk away. The accommodation comprises well appointed compact living/dining room with regional satellite tv, and DVD, there is a small kitchen with breakfast bar with oven, hob and microwave. Washing machine. The hallway leads to a double bedroom both with en-suite shower room and the second double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located at the far end of the outside dining area, adjoining the main house but with a separate entrance. Ideal for two couples. Landscape terraces surround the 8 x 4.5m pool with metal steps, and there is a built in barbecue and sitting area for you to relax in privacy.
