This new villa is situated just 300metres from the beautiful Punta Prima  sandy beach and within walking distance to all the bars, shops and restaurants that this lively resort has to offer.  There is a regular bus service into Mahon and the town of Sant Lluis is a 10 minute drive away.  Accommodation is on two floors with an additional bedroom in the attic. Entrance is into the living/dining room with full satellite tv, video, and CD player.  Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.   On the ground floor  is a cloakroom, one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom.  You will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea views, plus two twin bedroom and a full bathroom on the second floor with a double sofa bedroom in the attic.  Air conditioning in four of the bedrooms and living room.  French doors lead out from the living room and the kitchen to the shaded terrace with barbecue area.  This in turn overlooks the 9x4m pool with roman steps and surrounding sun terraces.
