This modern villa is in an ideal location within the Fuerteventura Golf Club development, only 2 kms from the new Atlantico shopping mall with bowling alley and multi-screen Cinema, and 5 kms from the popular beach resort of Caleta de Fuste with a myriad choice of facilities. Entrance gate leads to extensive enclosed terracing surrounding the 8 x 4m kidney shaped private pool (Can be acclimatized in the Winter at extra charge of £70 per week). The accommodation comprises a good sized kitchen with microwave and washing machine, and the spacious, well furnished living/dining room with TV leads out to a dining terrace overlooking the pool. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en suite). Can be booked in conjunction with any of the other villas featured to offer independent accommodation for large groups.
