Galicia is one of four privately owned villas, located only a few minutes walk away from the centre of Puerto del Carmen with it's many bars and restaurants. Accommodation is on two storeys and comprises living/dining room with regional satellite tv, video and doors to pool terrace. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. One twin bedroom and a shower room. On the first floor is a master double bedroom and a second twin room with a full bathroom, both bedrooms have doors leading out to terrace which has sea views.Sun terraces and rock gardens surround the private pool which has stainless steel steps. The house is alarmed and there is a barbecue and parking.
