Group of stylish villas situated in the fishing village of Latchi, near to the preservation area declared as a national Park, close to the Baths of Aphrodite and overlooking the bay of Chrysochous. Theos 1 villas have two living rooms with separate dining area and kitchen. 3 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a shower room. Totally refurbished in 2007, including new kitchen and bathrooms. Doors from living area lead to a covered terrace and garden with private pool which has roman steps. BBQ. Use of shared tennis court. Ideally situated close to the beach (300m) and amenities at Latchi (600m) and come highly recommended. Air conditioning available, €35 per unit per week, payable locally.
