Reports in the last few days suggest that there will be a huge surge in the pound’s value over the next few months, and we could see the euro hitting  €1.3 to the pound!    Not quite back to what it was in 2007 but certainly a huge improvement on the Winter months when the pound was on parity with the euro.   Eurozone destinations have seen a decrease in visitors over the Spring months and with many holidaymakers waiting until the last minute to make a decision as to where to holiday, the above strengthening of the pound can only be good news for those who have already booked their Mediterranean holiday but also those who were undecided as to where to go!
