Lanzarote
good for Asthma!
Being
a sufferer of asthma, a trip to the sun was
recommended to one our clients during the Winter
months. But where to go was a problem,
Dubai
would guarantee the sunshine, but there is some
presence of desert dust and the
Caribbean
would be lovely but the humidity is fairly high.
Whereas Lanzarote, one of the
Canary Islands
, was only a 4 hour flight and the weather forecast
was good.
And
I am delighted to report that just five days in Villa
Roq in the popular resort of Playa Blanca brought
instant relief to the asthma as well as the remnants
of a chest infection that he departed the
UK
with. He
told us "The air felt so clean and fresh, the
temperature was around 23C and it all worked wonders
on the windpipe! And what surprised me was how well I
felt so quickly, by day two I noticed the improvement
and for the last three days didn’t need to use my
inhaler at all!" It might not
work for everyone but this client certainly felt the
benefits.
